investment decisions require coordinated action. It targets areas where fragmented deployment, misaligned timelines or slow system evolution would undermine progress across European aviation.
Its purpose is to secure the operational capabilities needed to accommodate traffic safely and sustainably, strengthen resilience and maintain global competitiveness.
